The business of the annual general meeting 2024 shall be:
1. Confirmation of Minutes of the 2023 AGM
2. Presentation of the 2023-2024 Annual Report
3. Presentation of the 2023-2024 Annual Financial Report*
4. Elect officers of HLTTV and the ordinary members of the committee; and
5. Appointment of an auditor for 2024-2025
6. Any special business.
Any member intending to bring any other business before a meeting must notify the President in writing, or by email to president@hlttv.org.au no later than 18th November 2024.
Each member is entitled to nominate for the Committee and appoint another member as a proxy by notice. Please email the president@hlttv.org.au for the forms or download from the website in the Events, AGM section. You can complete and return the form to the President via email.
