Graeme is from Adelaide and had an LVAD in September 2017 and subsequent heart transplant in April 2019.
He is a graphic designer and decided to join the HLTTV Committee to 'give back' to the transplant community by using his skills to produce the Circulator newsletter and assist with many other print and digital communication projects required by the Trust.
He is married to Andrea and has three adult children, Olivia, Lewis and Henry with Harper and Alfie the Spoodles rounding out the family.
